格隆汇3月20日丨嘉艺控股(01025.HK)公告，于2025年3月17日下午四时正，已接获合共8份根据暂定配额通知书作出的有效申请及接纳，认购合共17,922,304股供股股份，占根据供股可供认购的发售股份约11.82%。
剩余的133,715,486股不获认购供股股份，占根据供股可供认购的发售股份总数约88.18%，将须受补偿安排所规限。
