3月21日，据网友反馈，长城汽车旗下App今日上午出现服务问题，显示“503 Service Unavailable”没带钥匙的车主无法开门“罚站”。
官方发布公告称，本次崩溃源于服务器异常，技术团队正全力修复，建议车主出行携带机械钥匙。
