3月21日，牡丹江海浪国际机场发布公告：为确保航空安全，提升机场运营能力，经民航东北地区管理局批准，牡丹江海浪国际机场将于2025年3月30日零时起全面停航，启动基础设施升级工程。停航期间，所有航班将暂停运营。
为保障旅客出行需求，牡丹江市域内绥芬河东宁机场将于3月30日开通国内定期航班。
