据报道，瑞银主管表示称，中国房地产行业出现企稳的早期迹象，拐点信号显现。
今年2月二手房交易复苏，一线城市的库存周转月份降至平均水平以下，土拍溢价上升以及二手房挂牌量趋于稳定。这与2014-2015年周期拐点的迹象相似。
瑞银将2025-2026年新房销售预测上调7%-16%，二手房销售预测上调7%-10%，目前预计全国房价将于2026年初（原为2026年年中）企稳。
