3月25日，沈阳市疾病预防控制中心（沈阳市卫生监督所）发布一则行政处罚信息公示，辽宁省人民医院存在重复使用一次性使用的医疗器械案行为，沈阳市卫健委依据《医疗器械监督管理条例》第九十条第（二）项，拟给予警告处罚。
