格隆汇3月26日｜乌克兰总理什梅加尔宣布，欧洲复兴开发银行已批准向乌克兰国家石油天然气公司（Naftogaz）提供2.7亿欧元的贷款，用于购买未来两个供暖季的天然气。什梅加尔表示，这将帮助乌克兰增加天然气储备以应对下个供暖季。
