3月27日，蔚来（09866/NIO）发布公告，公司拟依据《1933年证券法（经修订）》项下之S规则，于美国境外通过离岸交易，面向非美国人士发行最多1.19亿股本公司A类普通股。
公司计划将所得款项净额将用于研发智能电动汽车技术及新产品、进一步强化资产负债表以及一般企业用途。
