近日，中煤（钟山）新能源有限公司注册成立，注册资本15000万元，位于广西。
股东信息显示，该公司由中煤电力有限公司控股，控股比例为83%，中广核风电有限公司参股，参股比例为17%。
值得关注的是，这已是3月以来中煤成立的第3家新能源公司。
