财联社3月27日电，汉邦高科(300449.SZ)公告称，拟向深圳高灯发行股份购买其持有的驿路微行51%股权。本次交易完成后，驿路微行将成为上市公司控股子公司。公司股票将于2025年3月28日开市起复牌。
