财联社3月30日电，据美国全国广播公司（NBC）报道，美国总统特朗普当地时间3月30日在接受电话采访时称，他对俄罗斯总统普京感到愤怒，并威胁要对俄罗斯的石油征收二级关税。特朗普称，美国随时都可能决定对俄罗斯的石油征收25%的关税，他计划在未来一周与普京进行通话。目前，俄罗斯方面对此暂无回应。
