银行板块震荡走高 建设银行涨近3%

财联社3月31日电，早盘江阴银行涨超4%，建设银行、上海银行涨近3%，农业银行、交通银行、青农商行、长沙银行等涨幅靠前。消息面上，中国银行、建设银行、交通银行、邮储银行日前发布公告披露向特定对象发行A股股票预案，引入中华人民共和国财政部战略投资，总金额5000亿元。
