记者从今天（31日）召开的全省水利工作会上获悉，今年我省将加快构建现代水网，尽快开工引大济岷等重大水利工程，确保全年完成水利投资700亿元以上。
同时，统筹水灾害、水资源、水生态、水环境治理，持续扩大水利惠民成果，力争全省自来水普及率达到92.5%。
