缅媒报道，曼德勒省辛古镇勒班腊村当地居民透露，3月31日傍晚6点左右，辛古镇勒班腊村遭到军方战机轰炸袭击，导致村内起火，全村村民被迫逃离。

军方的空袭导致村内起火，村民全部逃离，目前尚无法确认是否有平民伤亡。
一位当地居民说道，“他们用飞机轰炸了勒班腊村，大约6点左右，村里起火了，还不知道人员伤亡情况。在地震灾害让民众悲痛的时候，他们却用飞机到处轰炸。”
