中国有数千万肢体畸形残疾,随着人口老龄化老年性肢体残障增多,建立科学的分类系统,才能正确指导个体化评价并制定适宜的治疗与康复方案。制定得到国际同行认可的分类法是个庞大的系统工程,谁能担当这个历史使命?只能落在秦泗河医生肩上!
北京大学医学出版社呈报,这个项目获得2021年度“国家出版基金立项”支持。秦泗河邀请北京积水潭医院手外科田文教授,北京协和医院脊柱外科庄乾宇教授编写,病因\病种\病情分类全部以真实病例图片为基础,2023年”北大医学出版社”出了中文版,2024年Springer出版了英文版,书名更为”肢体畸形图谱-病因分类”《Atlas of Limb Deformity-Etiological Classification》,证明秦泗河等提出的“肢体畸形病因分类”不仅是中国的也是世界的。本书中英双语出版,填补了国际医学界一项大的空白,真可谓“大智源自天启,使命成就崇高”将“内容摘要”推送同行分享。

内容提要
本书是第一部对中国不同类别肢体畸形病因病种、临床表现,诊断、分类并提出矫形原则的专著。通过秦泗河矫形外科36664例各类肢体畸形统计分析,联合吸纳相关专家病种、病例资料,录入了284个病种。分为:先天性下肢畸形;遗传与基因缺陷;发育障碍性,风湿免疫与退变性畸形;肿瘤性疾病相关畸形;血管、血液与淋巴性疾病相关畸形;神经源性疾病;感染性疾病;创伤后遗症;脊柱脊髓畸形;先天性与基因异常相关上肢-手畸形;后天性上肢-手畸形以及综合原因致肢体畸形13个大类。阐述了肢体畸形定义的相对性,人类千年对肢体畸形残疾的认知史,中国人肢体畸形病因病种特点及分类方法,并从生物进化与发育学解析,肢体畸形发生发展的动态本质,提出“肢体形态与功能重建”应遵循模仿自然的生态法则。
Disease Classification of limb deformities in China
Synopsis
This book is the first monograph on classification and category of etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and orthopedic principles of different types of limb deformities in China. 284 diseases were recorded based on the statistical analysis of 36664 cases of limb deformities in Qin Sihe orthopaedic surgery department, combining the cases from other relevant experts. It is divided into: Congenital deformity of lower limb; Genetic and genetic defects; Dysplasia, rheumatic immunity and degenerative deformities; Tumor related deformities; Vascular, blood and lymphoid diseases related deformities; Neurogenic diseases; Infectious diseases; Traumatic sequelae; Spinal cord deformity; Congenital upper limb & hand deformities associated with genetic abnormality; and acquired upper limb & hand deformities caused by comprehensive causes. The relativity of the definition of limb deformity, the cognitive history of human beings on limb deformity and disability for thousands of years, and the characteristics and classification methods of the diseases category of limb deformity in Chinese population are expounded in this book, in which the dynamic nature of the occurrence and development of limb deformity from the perspective of biological evolution and auxology, is analyzed also. Finally, the author puts forward an ecological law that the reconstruction of limb appearance and function should imitating nature.
