格隆汇4月2日丨协同通信(01613.HK)公告，由于国卫会计师事务所有限公司("国卫")与公司无法就审核集团截至2025年3月31日止年度综合财务报表核数师薪酬达成共识，故国卫已辞任公司核数师，自2025年4月1日起生效。在审核委员会的推荐建议下，董事会决议委任栢淳为公司新任核数师。
