北京商报讯（记者 李海颜）4月3日，平安银行发布公告称，该行第十二届董事会第三十八次会议审议通过了《关于与中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司关联交易的议案》，同意与中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司（简称"中国平安"）进行协定存款（含人民币、港币、美元）业务合作，本金金额合计不超过等值400亿元，存款利息合计不超过等值2.73亿元。
