市场监管总局近日发布
《集中用餐单位落实食品安全主体责任
监督管理规定》
自2025年4月15日起施行。
学校、托幼机构、养老机构、医院、机关食堂等集中用餐单位食品安全是餐饮服务食品安全的重中之重，为督促集中用餐单位、单位食堂、承包经营企业、供餐单位落实食品安全主体责任，健全食品安全责任制，提高风险防控能力，维护群众饮食安全，市场监管总局将集中用餐单位落实食品安全主体责任的规定单独立法，制定出台《规定》。
