财联社4月9日电，福斯特(603806.SH)公告称，公司拟通过二级市场购买股票实施2024年度光伏事业合伙人之员工持股计划，筹集资金总额不超过10,000万元。其中50%为公司计提的2024年度光伏事业合伙人计划专项资金不超过5,000万元，剩余50%为员工的自筹资金。本员工持股计划尚需通过股东大会审议。
