4月9日，中化岩土（002542）发布公告，原定于2025年4月10日披露的《2024年年度报告》及其摘要，因进一步完善年报相关工作，确保报告质量和信息披露的完整性与准确性，现已变更为2025年4月25日披露。该变更已获得深圳证券交易所的同意。
2024年前三季度，中化岩土实现收入11.70亿元，归母净利润-1.93亿元。
