4月10日，曲江文旅（600706）发布公告，董事骆志松因个人原因申请辞去董事职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
截至公告披露日，骆志松未持有公司股票，且不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。公司将按照相关法律法规和公司章程做好后续工作。
2024年前三季度，曲江文旅实现收入10.64亿元，归母净利润-1.81亿元。
