4月10日，湖南黄金（002155）发布公告，公司于2025年4月9日召开董事会和监事会，审议通过了2024年度利润分配及资本公积金转增股本预案。公司拟定每10股派发现金红利2.3元，预计现金分红总额为2.76亿元，占2024年度归母净利润的32.66%。同时，公司计划以资本公积金转增股本，每10股转增3股，转增后总股本将增至15.63亿股。
