当地时间4月12日，塞尔维亚总统武契奇在集会上发表演讲，称对塞尔维亚的攻击来自外国势力，是因为某些国外势力不想看到一个自由、独立且拥有主权的塞尔维亚。他同时表示，“颜色革命”已经结束，无论再进行什么行动都不会有结果。
