武昌 | 电视机厂A-1-2地块商务变住宅用地！
4月11日，武昌区自然资源和城乡建设局发布了控制性详细规划导则修改公示，拟对其辖区内A110102管理单元（电视机厂A-1-2地块）控制性详细规划导则进行修改， 将电视机厂A-1-2地块内原规划控制的部分商务用地修改为二类居住用地。修改后，二类居住用地调增0.61公顷，商务用地调减0.61公顷。
公示时间：2025年4月11日-2025年5月10日。
