人民财讯4月16日电，星源材质(300568)4月16日晚间公告，公司拟以1亿元至2亿元回购公司股份，用于维护公司价值及股东权益，回购价格不超过14元/股。截至目前，公司已取得工商银行深圳市分行出具的《承诺函》，承诺为公司回购股份提供专项贷款支持，贷款金额不超过1.8亿元，贷款用途为回购公司股票，贷款期限不超过36个月。
