据报道，首尔中央地方法院第26刑事部将于5月12日对文泰一等3人因违反《性犯罪处罚等相关特例法(特别强奸)》的指控进行第一次公审。此前，首尔中央地方检察厅女性儿童犯罪调查1部于2月28日以《性暴力处罚法》上的特殊准强奸嫌疑对3人进行了不拘留起诉。
