平武高速高峰滩特大桥总长1778米，与瑞梅铁路交叉位置，上跨在建的平远1号特大桥，采用下穿方式，并与瑞梅铁路同步实施。同时按规范要求提高护栏等级并设置双层护栏。跨越柚树河位置，采用一跨跨越河道，上部结构采用主跨110m连续刚构。
