观点网讯：4月22日，NIRAKU非全资附属公司NBI Regional Revitalization Investment Co., Ltd.宣布，已于4月18日与Hoshino Resorts REIT, Inc.签订买卖协议，以7.98亿日元收购位于日本玖珠郡九重町的土地及楼宇。
此次收购完成后，买方将继承卖方与承租人订立的楼宇现有租约项下的权利及责任。
