4月21日，京东方Ａ(000725.SZ)公告称，公司计划使用自筹资金进行股份回购，回购金额不低于15亿元且不超过20亿元，回购价格不超过6.11元/股。回购的A股股份将全部用于注销并减少公司注册资本。回购期限自股东大会审议通过之日起不超过12个月。
