4月21日，建设银行发布公告称，公司董事会4月21日收到金磐石辞呈。因年龄原因，金磐石提请辞去该行首席信息官职务。金磐石的辞任自2025年4月21日起生效。金磐石确认与该行董事会无不同意见，没有其他事项需要通知该行股东。
