财联社4月22日电，瑞典生物技术公司Biotage宣布，KKR Funds间接全资拥有的新成立公司RWK BidCo AB以每股145瑞典克朗的价格提出现金收购要约，收购金额达116亿瑞典克朗（约合12亿美元）。声明称，Biotage董事会建议股东接受该收购要约。
