4月22日，大全能源（688303）发布公告，公司拟通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于5000万元且不超过1亿元，回购价格上限为44元/股，回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购期限为自董事会审议通过之日起12个月。
2024年前三季度，大全能源实现收入60.05亿元，归母净利润-10.99亿元。
