财联社4月22日电，铖昌科技(001270.SZ)公告称，公司2024年度净利润为负值，且扣除后营业收入低于3亿元，公司股票交易将被深圳证券交易所实施退市风险警示。公司股票自2025年4月24日起被实施退市风险警示，股票简称由“铖昌科技”变更为“*ST铖昌”，证券代码仍为“001270”。实施退市风险警示后，公司股票交易价格的日涨跌幅比例限制为5%。
