财联社4月23日电，南京4月23日以84.57亿元成交8宗宅地，其中，秦淮区南部新城佳营路以南、祥天路以西地块以溢价率7.12%成交，其余7宗宅地均以底价成交。8宗宅地总出让面积309050.5平方米，总规划建筑面积599043.8平方米，总起始价83.83亿元，分别位于秦淮区、雨花台区、浦口区（3宗）和江北新区（3宗）。
