人民财讯4月24日电，上海市浦东新区人民政府办公室印发《浦东新区支持企业“走出去”行动方案》的通知，总体要求：2025年，力争培育40家具有较大发展潜力、高成长性的出海先锋企业，吸引集聚10家具有全球资源配置能力的出海企业总部；到“十五五”期末力争累计打造400家出海先锋企业、100家出海企业总部。
