《市场准入负面清单（2025年版）》4月24日对外公布，我国市场准入限制进一步放宽。与此前实施的2022年版清单相比，《清单（2025年版）》事项数量由117项缩减到106项。准入力度更大，《清单（2025年版）》部分放开了8条全国性措施，同时，删除了17条地方性措施。从2018年我国首版市场准入负面清单出台到现在，共经历四次修订，清单事项数量由2018年的151项压减至目前的106项，压减比例约30%。
