当地时间4月24日晚，一架医疗直升机在美国伊利诺伊州哈特福德附近进行演练时坠毁。
美国媒体援引目击者的话报道称，当晚21时左右，这架直升机起飞后，螺旋桨叶片撞到距离地面50英尺（约15米）高的树枝，直升机坠毁并起火。机上3人被送医治疗，目前伤势不明。
