ST红太阳4月25日晚间发布2024年年度报告，2024年实现营业收入30.07亿元，同比下降6.97%；归母净利润3.88亿元，同比扭亏，上年同期亏损3.89亿元。ST红太阳同日公告，公司已满足规则要求的撤销其他风险警示的条件，将向深交所申请撤销股票交易其他风险警示。
