根据俄罗斯联邦安全局当地时间4月26日的消息，涉嫌参与俄军总参谋部作战总局副局长莫斯卡利克爆炸案的嫌疑人已被逮捕。据该部门称，被拘留者为乌克兰特工伊格纳特·库津，出生于1983年，持有乌克兰居留许可。此人因在莫斯科州巴拉希哈市的一辆汽车内放置爆炸装置而被拘留。对此，乌克兰方面暂无回应。
