㊙️家庭麻辣烤鱼的做法
- 湄公鱼改上花刀，用盐，麻辣粉稍加腌制2小时
- 准备好自己喜欢的配菜
- 豆芽，洋葱垫在烤盘最底部
- 土豆提前前煮熟，其它配菜锅里烫至断生
- 捞出放入盘中
- 热锅热油，油多一些150～200克的量，鱼皮朝下将鱼大火煎至，可以稍微老一些，这样香
