4月27日，据京东黑板报公众号，京东发布消息称，未来三个月，京东将招聘10万名全职骑手，全部缴纳五险一金且所有费用都由公司承担；在基本的出勤量前提下，全职骑手入职前3个月，京东会提供至少5000元的保底工资。
