湖南岳阳，因村里孩子看书买书都不方便，邓天贵结婚刚满一年时，就把婚房改成了乡村图书室，免费供全村阅读12年。如今，他的三层楼房里摆满了书籍，孩子愿意看多晚，图书室就开多晚。邓天贵说，这些年村里走出了几十位大学生，“十年树木，百年树人，我觉得很有意义”。
