黑龙江省气象台4月28日14时00分发布大风预报：预计28日夜间至29日，大兴安岭、黑河、齐齐哈尔、大庆、绥化、哈尔滨西部（巴彦、呼兰、双城、宾县、阿城和哈尔滨主城区）平均风力5～6级，阵风7～8级，局地9级；其他地区阵风6～7级，局地8级。西南部地区伴有扬沙。请注意预防。
