资深政治评论员蔡正元4月25日在社交平台表示，当天下午他出庭“三中案”，检方突然提出要法官裁定对他实施：限制出境、提高保释金、戴电子脚镣不准出境。法官说依法不能再限制出境，所以裁定戴电子脚镣。
蔡正元质疑，问题是这跟限制出境没有不同，因为戴电子脚镣不能接近机场、港口，他更在节目中直言“这是台湾的悲剧”!
