财联社4月29日电，ST天邦(002124.SZ)公告称，公司股票交易将于2025年4月30日停牌一天，并于2025年5月6日开市起复牌。自2025年5月6日起，公司股票交易撤销其他风险警示，股票简称由“ST天邦”变更为“天邦食品”。
