财联社4月29日电，ST华微(600360.SH)公告称，公司2024年度的财务会计报告被出具无法表示意见的审计报告，公司股票将于2025年4月30日起停牌一个交易日，于2025年5月6日开市起复牌并被实施退市风险警示，继续实施其他风险警示。股票简称将由“ST华微”变更为“*ST华微”。
