阿根廷媒体奥莱报今天早些时候报道，塔皮亚宣布阿根廷各球场将举行致敬活动。
阿根廷足协主席塔皮亚在社媒上宣布，将用一分钟掌声感谢梅西、斯卡洛尼和整个阿根廷国家队，该活动将在阿根廷足球的所有球场进行。
此外，塔皮亚还解释称，南美足联已授权参加南美杯附加赛的阿根廷俱乐部可以佩戴一面旗帜，以此向球队表示认可。
