彭水苗族土家族自治县人民政府：
你县《关于评定龚宝冬同志为烈士的请示》（彭水府文〔2026〕14号）收悉。现批复如下：
龚宝冬同志在彭水县山体崩塌灾害中，组织群众避险撤离时不幸牺牲，死难情形符合《烈士褒扬条例》评定烈士的有关规定，市政府同意评定龚宝冬同志为烈士。
